APPROVED LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING 70 East Main Street Monday, February 27, 2012, 6.30p.m. 1. ROLL CALL: Trustee Jeff Halen, Trustee Terry Mastandrea, Trustee Tom Poynton, Trustee Dana Rzeznik, Trustee Jonathan Sprawka, and Trustee Rich Sustich. President Suzanne Branding was absent and excused. Also present: Atty. Carlos Arevalo. 2. MOTION to appoint Trustee Poynton as President Pro Tem by Trustee Sustich, seconded by Trustee Halen. Ayes: 6 Trustees Halen, Mastandrea, Poynton, Rzeznik, Sprawka, Sustich. Nays: 0 Absent: 0 MOTION CARRIED 3. CALL TO ORDER by President Pro Tem Poynton at 6.30pm 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION (5 ILCS 120 Section 2(c)) for the purpose of discussing personnel matters (2(c)(1)). Motion to adjourn to Executive Session made by Trustee Sprawka, seconded by Trustee Sustich.
