APPROVED LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES CONTINUED SPECIAL MEETING 70 East Main Street Tuesday, February 28, 2012, 6.30p.m. 1. CALL TO ORDER by President Pro Tem Tom Poynton at 6.34pm 2. ROLL CALL: Trustee Jeff Halen, Trustee Terry Mastandrea, Trustee Tom Poynton, and Trustee Rich Sustich. President Suzanne Branding was absent and excused. Also present: Atty. Carlos Arevalo, HR Asst. Doug Gibson. 3. EXECUTIVE SESSION (5 ILCS 120 Section 2(c)) for the purpose of discussing personnel matters (2(c)(1)). Motion to adjourn to Executive Session made by Trustee Sustich, seconded by Trustee Halen. Ayes: 4 Trustees Halen, Mastandrea, Poynton, Sustich. Nays: 0 Absent: 2 Trustees Rzeznik, Sprawka; MOTION CARRIED.
