APPROVED VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE JULY 9, 2007 The meeting was called to order at 8:52 p.m. ROLL CALL: Present –Mayor Tolomei, Trustees Branding, Callahan, Johnson, and Poynton. Excused – Trustees McAvoy and Taylor. Also present – Administrator Dixon, Village Attorney Browne, Police Chief Urry, Park and Recreation Director Perkins, Assistant Village Engineer Lebbos, and Public Works Director/Engineer Heyden. APPROVAL OF JUNE 18 & JUNE 25, 2007 MINUTES: MOTION made by Mayor Tolomei, seconded by Trustee Callahan, to approve the minutes of the June 18 and June 25, 2007 Committee of the Whole meetings as submitted. Voice vote, all in favor. MOTION CARRIED. NEWSLINE –AUGUST EDITION MOTION was made by Trustee Johnson, seconded by Trustee Branding, to recommend the Board of Trustees approve the August edition of Newsline. AYES: 4 Trustees Branding, Callahan, Johnson, and Poynton NAYS: 0 MOTION CARRIED ADJOURNMENT: MOTION made by Trustee Callahan, seconded by Trustee Johnson, to adjourn the meeting.
