APPROVED VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH TREE COMMISSION MINUTES AUGUST 18, 2009 A. Roll Call: Shawn Walkington, Chairperson, Commissioner Garrison, Commissioner Kozub and Commissioner Harper Absent: Commissioner Froehde Commission Harper made a motion to modify tonight’s agenda to include all points under Item D New Business from last month’s meeting. Commissioner Garrison seconded. All were in favor. B. Approval of Minutes: The Minutes from the July, 21, 2009 meeting were approved. C. Oak Subdivision Review – The plans were pulled back by the developer. No review was necessary. D. Master Plan - Discussion for the Master Plan was tabled until the full committee was present. E. New Business – The committee would like to have a clear notification on the Term of the Appointments of the Committee members. Commissioner Harper made a motion those committee members that are up for re-appointment receive formal notification on their re-appointment. Shawn Walkington, seconded this motion. Ayes: Commissioner Harper and Walkington. Commissioner Kozub and Garrison abstained. F. Adjournment – The meeting adjourned at 9 p.m. Submitted by: Shawn Walkington
