Consider appeal of R5 Properties LLC, requesting variances to Municipal Zoning Ordinance 455-176E and 455-41A regarding dimensional requirements for a house at 704 S. Harrison St., Lancaster, Wisconsin, in an R-1 Single-Family Residential District.  §455-17E requires lot area of at least 5,000 square feet per dwelling unit (10,000 square feet total). The existing lot is 9,000 square feet. The applicant proposes a variance of 1,000 square feet.  §455-41A requires a driveway at least 10 feet wide for 1- and 2-family dwellings. The existing driveway, which abuts the north property line, is 8 feet wide. The applicant proposes a variance of 2 feet. 4. Schedule training session 5. Adjourn
