SUGGESTED MOTION (only if requested by the named individual): Enter into a Closed Session to discuss the annual evaluation of City Manager Womack, as permitted under Section 8(a) of the Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.268(a)). 3. Return to Special Meeting. SUGGESTED MOTION: To return to the Special Meeting.
