Requests from person with disabilities must be made to the Community Development Department 48 hours in advance of the meeting. 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Meeting convened at 6:20 PM Members present: Jean Allais, Becce Ford, David Milam (Chair), Aaron Taff, Beth Young Members absent: None There was a quorum present at all times. Staff Present: Mary Murrieta, Kathleen Wickersham , Paula Wilson-Cazier City Council Liaison: Lee Kempert (absent) 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MINUTES 2-A. AGENDA: Changes and Approval of Agenda for April 17, 2014 meeting. MOTION BY YOUNG, second by Allais, to approve the Agenda, as written. Aye: 5 Nay: 0 Motion carried. 2-B. MINUTES: Thursday, January 23, 2014, Board of Health Minutes MOTION BY ALLAIS, second by Taff, to approve the January 23, 2014 Board of Health Minutes as written. Aye: 5 Nay: 0 Motion carried. 3. Training 3-A. Wyoming Public Documents and Open Meeting Act Training was provided by Paula Wilson-Cazier to all Members of the Board of Health. 4. DISCLOSURES None 5. BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS 5-A. Review of Monthly Inspections i. January 10, 2014 – February 13, 2014 ii. February 14, 2014 – March 13, 2014 iii. March 14, 2014 – April 10, 2014 Laramie Board of Health April 17, 2014 Page 1 of 3  The Board reviewed and discussed the establishments on the monthly inspection reports. OLD BUSINESS 6-C. New Great Wall – Update Murrieta noted the following items: i. Building is for sale ii. Possibly closed for Easter iii. Dishes were left over night unwashed, without prewashing 6-D. Tattoo Regulations - Update City Council will need to look at the Tattoo Regulations and address the fee schedule. The fee schedule is set by Council. MOTION BY YOUNG, second by Taff, to approve the Body Art Rules and Regulations, governing Body Artist and Body Art Establishments as they are written. Aye: 5 Nay: 0 Motion carried. 7. DATE OF NEXT REGULAR MEETING Mario Seminara, Rocky Mountain Region Retail Food Safety Specialist is available after May to meet with the Board on the FDA Standards. Murrieta will schedule a time with Mario to attend the BOH. Research if the Board has bylaws. If there are current bylaws, review them. If there are not current bylaws, discuss setting some. The next regular meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2014. 8. ADJOURN MOTION BY YOUNG, second by Ford, to adjourn the meeting. Aye: 5 Nay: 0 Motion carried.
