DDA Board of Directors Minutes Friday, March 18, 2022 at 12:00 PM 27400 Southfield Road, Lathrup Village, Michigan 48076 1. Call to Order 12:07 pm by Chair Sugg Present: Bryan Ford, Mayor Kelly Garrett, Charlotte Jones, Bobbi Lovins, Chief Scott McKee, Fred Prime, Pam Shermeyer, Dan Sugg, Mark Watts Absent: none Staff: Pam Bratschi, Susie Stec, Rami Sweidan 2. Approval of Agenda Motion to approve the agenda by McKee, second by Prime. All in favor. 3. Approval of Minutes Motion to approve DDA Minutes 2022 01 21 by Ford, second by Lovins. All in favor. 4. Financial Review Motion to receive and file January & February 2022 Financial Reports by Lovins, second by Shermeyer. All in favor. 5. Committee Reports Stec provided overview of monthly reports. New Business A. 2022 DDA Alley & Approach Recommendation Motion to adopt the 2022 DDA Alley & Approach Recommendation, as presented at the January 21st meeting, and to adopt the 2022 DDA Sidewalk Replacement Program recommendation by Shermeyer, second by Prime. All in favor. Board asked to the Economic Vitality Committee to review the parking lot quote. B. Introduction - Jamar Bray (Business Forward Consultant) Stec provided an update.
