DDA Sidewalk Replacement Program Stec provided an overview of the Sidewalk Replacement Program and prelimary costs for residential and commercial sidewalks that will cover all of public and private sidewalks, including ADA, in the Downtown Corridor. Shermeyer asked if businesses will be notified of an invoice to inform them that the costs have been covered. Mitchell Theriot added that sending a letter to the commercial property owners including an invoice noting that the costs have been covered by the DDA. Motion to Approve amended amount of $104,107 towards the Sidewalk Replacement Program in the Downtown District made by Board Member, Mayor Garrett, Seconded by Board Member Lovins.
