COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG February 11, 2016 The Board of Mayor and Council met in regular session. The following members were present: Mayor Keith Durham and Council Member Sevier. Council Member Moore and Council Members Williams and Fox were absent. There was not a quorum present. Mayor Durham opened the meeting with Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Motion to approve the minutes of the January 28, and February 11, 2016 will be presented at the next meeting. Mayor Durham announced the closing of City Offices on February 15 in observance of Presidents Day. City Administrator stated that Tina and Doug have worked hard to get the OSHA 300 Log prepared. Civility Class Trainings last class will be February 18 at 9:00 a.m. in the Crockett Theater. Our e-mail has been moved to a new server and we are having problems with some bellsouth and att addresses not receiving. These will hopefully be corrected today. LUS Financials for December 2015 were accepted. With no other unofficial business to come before the board motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Council Member Sevier, with a second by Mayor Durham. Meeting adjourned. Meeting adjourned.
