CITY COUNCIL RETREAT MINUTES Friday, January 22, 2021 GwMA Large Conference Room - 3rd Floor 8:00 AM 70 S. Clayton St, GA 30046 Agenda: 1. SPLOST (Modifications to Current SPLOST and Brainstorm for New 2023 SPLOST) City Manager Chuck Warbington opened the meeting at 8:00am and outlined the following: - Review of Original 2017 SPLOST allocation - Update on 2017 SPLOST collection status - Provide recommendation for additional funds for 2017 SPLOST - Brainstormed Ideas/Projects for 2023 SPLOST City Manager Warbington indicated that the recommendation for allocation of the additional funds for 2017 SPLOST will be brought to Council for a presentation and vote in February or March of this year. 2. Break 3. Trails Masterplan City Manager Warbington opened the next segment at 9:40am and outlined the following: - Draft Greenway/Trail Masterplan - Ideas for Implementation - Draft Implementation Plan Mayor and Council will provide comments to the staff in the next 30 days. 4.
