CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL CALL MINUTES Wednesday, November 06, 2019 Council Assembly Room 9:00 AM 70 S. Clayton St, GA 30046 Call to Order PRESENT Mayor Judy Johnson Council Member Victoria Jones Council Member Keith Roche Council Member David Still Council Member Bob Clark Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Johnson led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. Council Business 1. Review of the 2019 Zoning Ordinance Final Draft The Council, in addition to Todd Hargrave and Lee Thompson discussed the 2019 Zoning Ordinance in detail. Elizabeth, from Planning and Development, took notes and changed the actual document as we went along. 2. City Manager Performance Review Procedures Councilman Clark presented packets to the Council Members for them to complete and return at the November regular meeting so that Council can handle the review at the November work session. Final Adjournment Motion to adjourn made by Council Member Clark, Seconded by Council Member Jones.
