Swearing in of Chief Judge Pham Mayor David Still read the Oath to swear in Chief Court Judge, Ethan P. H. Pham. 2. Swearing in of Associate Judge Wall Mayor Still read the Oath to swear in Associate Court Judge James H. Wall. 3. Comments by Chief Judge Pham Chief Judge Pham came up and spoke his appreciation to be the City's Chief Judge and expressed his gratitude for everything that has brought him to where he is today. 4. Comments by Associate Judge Wall Associate Judge Wall came up and spoke his appreciation and wished Judge Still the best of wishes on his retirement. Final Adjournment Motion to adjourn made by Council Member Martin, Seconded by Council Member Jones.
