An Ordinance to Amend Article 7, Signs, Section 702 of the Zoning Ordinance Planning and Development Director Todd Hargrave presented this item.  Motion tp approve an ordinance amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Article 7, Signs, Section 702.1 Billboards in its entirety and replacing it with the version provided in hard copy today during the meeting made by Mayor Still, Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martin.
