Clayton St, GA 30046 Call to Order PRESENT Mayor David Still Mayor Pro Tern Glenn Martin Council Member Victoria Jones Council Member Austin Thompson Council Member Marlene Taylor-Crawford Approval of Agenda Motion to approve the agenda as presented made by Council Member Jones, Seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Martin. Voting Yea: Mayor Still, Mayor Pro Tern Martin, Council Member Jones, Council Member Thompson, Council Member Taylor-Crawford Public Hearing Old Business Discussion will be limited to 7 minutes per side including rebuttal. Questions and answers from Council Members will not infringe on the time limit. 1. Millage Rate Public Hearing Chief Finance Officer Keith Lee presented a power point on the millage rate and answered questions from Council. This is the first of three public hearings forth is item. The Mayor opened the public hearing and seeing and hearing no one come forward the public hearing was closed. This item will be presented again at the 5pm work session today.
