Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Still led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. Recognitions 1. Police Department - K9 Ali Mayor Still recognized K9 Ali for his retirement in July of this year and all of his amazing career. Mayor Still read from a list of all of his many accomplishments. RZC2022-00041; Iesha Martin; 1395 Five Forks Trickum Road Planning and Development Director Todd Hargrave presented this item. The applicant Mr. Hung Yi. was present to provide information and answer questions from Council. The public hearing will be held on August 22, 2022. 3. SUP2022-00070; TOPFA c/o Battle Law, P.C.; Northeast intersection of Lyle Circle and Park Access Drive Planning and Development Director Todd Hargrave presented this item. The applicant was not present. The public hearing will be held on August 22, 2022. 4. Discussion on two proposals for wall mounted digital sign to be located at the Lawrenceville Arts Center City Manager Chuck Warbington presented this item for discussion. SNA Displays representatives Paul England and Randy Bortles were present to provide information and answer questions from Council. Council direction is for staff to move forward with an RFP for both the small and large display signs attached to the building as presented by staff to Council. 5. Project FIRST Annual Update Officer Jacob Baird was present to provide the project update and answer questions from Council. 6. Purchase of Diaphragm Gas Meters on an Annual Contract This item will be Consent item #1. 7. DJI Matrice M30T Drones Captain Phil Byers presented this item and answered questions from Council. This item will be Consent item #2. 8. 144 East Crogan Street Patio Project This item will be Consent item #3. 9. Consideration of Residency Incentive Resolution Chief Financial Officer Keith Lee presented this item and answered questions from Council. This item will be Consent item #4.  10. Intergovernmental Agreement with the Downtown Development Authority of Lawrenceville (DDA) to transfer property identified as 190 Oak Street for redevelopment purposes This item will be Consent item #5.
