The applicant, Jesus Villalobos, was present to answer questions from Council. The public hearing will be held at 7pm tonight. 2. City of Lawrenceville 2022 Housing Study Strategy City Manager Chuck Warbington presented item and introduced the consultant, Sherry Okun- Rudnak with bae urban economics to provide the power point presentation and answer questions from Council. 3. Tree City Ordinance to be Considered a Tree City USA Planning and Development Assistant Director Helen Balch presented this item and answered questions from Council. This item will be consent agenda #1. 4. Lawrenceville Arts Commission – Go Georgia Arts Mural Trail Grant Update Community Development Director Jasmine Billings presented this item and answered questions from Council. 5. Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services on an Annual Contract City Engineer Jim Wright presented this item and answered questions from Council. This item will be consent agenda #2. 6.
