Clayton St, GA 30046 Call to Order Chairman Merritt called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm after recognizing a quorum. October 2022 Treasurer’s Report Board Member Fellows reviewed the October 2022 Treasurer's Report with the Board. Motion to approve the October 2022 Treasurer's Report made by Board Member Perry Ward, Seconded by Board Member Adams. Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Lawrenceville - 134 Northdale Road The City has already approved of this Intergovernmental Agreement transferring $222,000 to the Downtown Development Authority as a reimbursement for the 134 Northdale Road, Lawrenceville, GA (Tax Parcel R5145 052) property. Motion to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Lawrenceville regarding the 134 Northdale Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia property made by Board Member Fellows, Seconded by Board Member Adams. Façade Grant Update Jasmine Billings gave the Board a Façade Grant Update. Crogan Street Ventures - repainting Chop House – façade Chad Smith – awning Paint & Party – completed Mainstreet Business Jasmine Billings gave the Board the Mainstreet update. There will be some filming at the Lawrenceville Police Department in November. 10/14 Cultura will be at the Lawrenceville Lawn and Downtown, 5- 10 pm, there will be a block party, there will be performers and a gallery at the Lawrenceville Arts Center. 10/28 Boo Fest we will be hosting safe trick or treating and there will be a band 11/12 Harvest Festival at the Lawrenceville Lawn; 1-8 pm. Other Business Chairman Merritt mentioned to the Board that officer elections will be held during the November meeting as per the Downtown Development Authority By-Laws. Let Lee know if you want to a position. Chairman Merritt mentioned that she will send out the annual budget for the Board's review with a vote in the December meeting.
