Date: Tuesday, November 16, 2021, meeting commenced at 6:00 p.m.
Subject: HRLPC Chairwoman Theresa Bailey presiding

Also in attendance were Executive Assistant Paula Foil, IRPC Cammie Fulmer, New South Historian
Velma Fann, IT Kyle Parker, Councilman Glenn Martin, Project Manager Marc LeBlanc, Director of
Support Services Angelia Parham, Director of Development and Community Partnerships Jason
DiFranco, Julie Coco.

Seven (7) Norms were acknowledged by Chair Bailey.
Meeting minutes from October 19, 2021 were received, approved with no corrections or additions.
Old Business:
Angela Parham, GC Director of Support Services, introduced Marc LeBlanc as the new Project
Manager, replacing Cris Gray.
Marc gave an update on the timeline and progress of the construction of the Hooper-Renwick
project. No definitive dates were determined. Marc responded to questions and concerns posed
by committee members.
Update on Gathering of Artifacts by Joyce Moore
Joyce reported that 16 new artifacts have been donated since her last report in September 2021.
She continued in her appeal to the committee to donate more artifacts and to continue to ask the
community to do the same.

Project Status Updates - Cammie Fulmer, IRC
Cammie reported that the piano donated by the Maxey family has been retrieved and is in
storage. She reported that the Intern, from Gwinnett School of Math, Science and Technology
(GSMST) Ms. Nela Vintrlikova has completed her internship, but she will stay on to finish
compiling the list of students who attended Hooper-Renwick school.
New Business
New South Associate, Velma Fann, gave a brief look into the video presentation she compiled.
Her delivery consisted of a small power point presentation and several videos that included
interviews with a few committee members.
Several committee members pointed out discrepancies and corrections in the document. Cammie
noted that this is only a draft and the full document will be emailed to all committee members
following this meeting. Chair Bailey encouraged all members to take the time and carefully read
the document in its entirety. She asked that each of us make notes of any discrepancies and/or
corrections we deem necessary.
– Allow Me to Introduce Myself
New series implementation whereby each member of HRLPC will give a brief synopsis of their
connection to Hooper-Renwick.
This week we heard from the following members:

Bailey introduced her.)
