They have 40 oral histories thus far with over 1,000 minutes of recordings. They more than doubled the number of oral histories that New South recorded. They still have a long list of contacts for more oral histories and they are always happy to add to the list. 154 artifacts have been processed. The exhibits have been reviewed. Healy Kohler is working on construction documents. This will go to the fabricator which will give us one last chance to look over the panels for part of the proofing process. The items will not be ready for review for many months. Temporary exhibits - there will be two large cases on the lower level which are currently empty - these may highlight new acquisitions. We could rotate these exhibits every 6 months or once a year. Paper items will be rotated to protect them from light. New Business 6.
