Meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m.

Shelter Statistics/Managers report
• May & June 2022 statistics were reviewed –
Live release rate is 94%
Total intake: 287
Total Adoptions: 152
Total Return to Owner: 52
Average Daily Population: 146
112 volunteers worked an average of 1073 hours
114 active foster pets
• Updates to volunteer program continue. Provide lunches, snacks to volunteers as thanks and
create a monthly volunteer spotlight.
Discussions were held on:
• 2022 budget is on track - trainings are scheduled as staffing allows; plans to purchase protection
vests for ACOs; handouts were given to outline proposed 2023 budget
• Third party vendor for shelter assessment – more information is needed; topic was tabled to be
included in next month’s agenda
• Catio – possible structure designs and location was discussed; more research will be done to
finalized and determine cost.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 6:15 p.m.
