Keep League City Beautiful Citizen Committee
Meeting was called to order by Jackie Liddell. Present was Richard Williams, Dave Bowman, Jason
Makepeace, Frank Zgonc, Beth Sears, and Jill Reason (arrived at 5:10), and Lisette McClung (arrived
at 6:10 p.m.)
Motion to approve minutes from July 5, 2022 meeting made by Dave Bowman. Frank Zgonc
seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
Presentation was made by Pacheco Coke regarding TxDOT Median Improvement Project, Various group
members asked questions and agreed that a “field trip” needed to be done the following week A date was
agreed upon for Wed, August 17, at 6 p.m.
Sarah Osborne updated the group on the following topics
• Community Center Grand Opening
• Ecofest
• Mini-Murals
• Dog Sculptures
Osborne asked the group about ideas for the upcoming Fall Sweep. Dave Bowman recommended Lobit Park.
Osborne agreed to meet with Park Operations Manager to discuss
No Citizens present to address the board.
Meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
