Consider and take action on a Variance to Chapter 50 of the City of League City Code of Ordinance, entitled “Floods” to allow a residential remodeling and addition of an existing home at 2301 Lake Shore Dr., League City, Texas 77573, located in the FEMA Zone AE. B. Consider and take action on a Final Plat, Momin at Tuscan Lakes (Plat-21-0063), generally located at the northeast corner of League City Parkway (SH 96) and Egret Bay Boulevard (FM 270) with an address of 1310 East League City Parkway. 5. Public Hearing and Action Items A. Hold a public hearing and take action on a Replat, La India Bonita Addition (Plat-21-0028), generally located on the southwest corner of Butler Avenue and East Main Street (FM 518) with an address of 401 East Main Street (FM 518). B. Hold a public hearing and take action on a Replat, Lolo Acres (Plat-22-0072), generally located along the east side of Leisure Lane and south of Orange Grove Street, with an address of 2530 Leisure Lane. 6.
