Hold a public hearing and take action on a Zoning Board of Adjustments Application, VA-23-0001, (Taqueria Leon Food Truck), an appeal to the revocation of Business Registration Permit No. FT220006, for a mobile food vendor (food truck) business in accordance Section 26-36 of the League City Code of Ordinances, principally located on a property zoned “CG-CRC” (General Commercial within a Commercial Revitalization Overlay District), legally described as a portion of Lot 4 of the Subdivision “A” of League City Subdivision, generally located on the northwest corner of East Main Street (FM 518) and Alabama Avenue with the address of 1726 East Main Street. 5.
