AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDED GRANT 18-65 AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF MISSOURI, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TRAFFIC AND HIGHWAY SAFETY DIVISION AND THE CITY OF LEE’S SUMMIT MISSOURI FOR THE MISSOURI HIGHWAY SAFETY PROGRAM HAZARDOUS MOVING VIOLATION PROJECT. (NOTE: First reading by City Council on April 5, 2018. Passed by unanimous vote.) This Ordinance was forwarded.to the City Council - Regular Session due back on 4/5/2018 due to lack of quorum at F&BC 4-2-18 meeting.
