BUSINESS A. 2018-2021 Discussion: Presentation of the City Manager's proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018 (FY19) Steve Arbo, City Manager, presented the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018. Public Works, Fire, Finance, Fleet, Municipal Court and Central Building Services all presented their departmental budgets. 6. ROUNDTABLE 7.
