Call to Order Chairman Johnson called the April 29, 2019 Finance and Budget Committee meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 4 - Councilmember Phyllis Edson Chairperson Bob Johnson Councilmember Trish Carlyle Vice Chair Beto Lopez 3. Approval of Agenda A motion was made by Vice Chair Lopez, seconded by Councilmember Edson, to approve the agenda as published. Business A. 2019-2711 Department Presentations of the City Manager's FY20 Budget (Group 2) Presentation only. Mr. Steve Arbo, City Manager, reported there were no EMS incidents at Legacy Park over the weekend. Chairman Johnson announced the next Finance and Budget Committee meeting will be Monday, May 20, 2019. 7.
