PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES LEVAN TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING HELD AT THE LEVAN TOWN HALL, 20 N MAIN ST., LEVAN, UT 84639, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2024, AT 6:30 P.M. The Levan Town Planning Commission’s public hearing was held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in the Levan Town Hall, 20 N Main St., Levan, UT 84639, meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. Present: Planning Chairman Nate Washer, Commissioner Conner Lunt, Alternate Commissioner/Council Member Rachel Goates Christine Carrigan (Meeting Recorder/Clerk) Public in attendance: Carol Bennett Planning Chairman Nate Washer opened the public hearing for the proposed Land Management and Development Code amendments to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with the current State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements. He further stated that the purpose of the public hearing is to provide citizens with pertinent information and accept comments concerning amendments to the Town’s Land Management and Development Code. Handouts with the amendments were available to anyone interested. There were no public comments. Conner Lunt made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Rachel Goates seconded the motion. All in favor.
