All items are subject to action. 1) CALL TO ORDER a) Establish Quorum b) Invocation c) Pledge of Allegiance d) Texas Pledge: "Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible." 2) PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Liberty Hill will conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request for zoning map change for property located in the City of Liberty Hill, better described as approximately 82.27 acres of land in the John Robinson Survey, Abstract No. 521 situated in Williamson County, Texas being a portion of that tract of land called 121.4899 acres in a deed from NCNB Texas National Bank to Thomas J. Wolf, Jr., and Henrietta Wolf, dated April 24, 1991 and recorded in Volume 2009, page 628 of the official records of Williamson County, Texas (O.R.W.C.T.) effectively zoned (AG) Agricultural upon annexation. Applicant is proposing zoning change to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
