LIBERTY HILL PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AGENDA Regular Meeting & Public Hearing TUESDAY – NOVEMBER 8, 2016 – 6:30 PM Council Chambers - 2801 Ranch Road 1869 – Liberty Hill, Texas CLYDE DAVIS – Chair CHRIS PEZOLD – Vice Chair CHERYL NEW – Commissioner WES GRIFFIN – Commissioner DAVE WIDMER - Commissioner Notice is hereby given that PUBLIC HEARING and REGULAR MEETING of the Liberty Hill PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION will be held TUESDAY – NOVEMBER 8, 2016 at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers located at 2801 Ranch Road 1869 in Liberty Hill, Texas to consider items as follows. All items are subject to action. 1) CALL TO ORDER a) Establish Quorum b) Invocation c) Pledge of Allegiance d) Texas Pledge: "Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible." 2) PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Liberty Hill will conduct public hearings regarding an amendment to Section 6.10.07 - Access and Parking Lot Requirements – “E. Pavement,” Appendix “A” to allow gravel, decomposed granite and pavers as acceptable materials of construction in the Downtown Commercial / Retail District of (C-2) of the City’s Unified Development Code. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday - November 8, 2016 at 6:30 PM to receive written and / or oral comments on the merits of this request. City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday - November 14, 2016 at 6:30 PM to receive written and / or oral comments on the merits of this request. Said Public Hearings will be held at Council Chambers at 2801 Ranch Road 1869 - Liberty Hill. At said times and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. 3) PUBLIC COMMENTS Liberty Hill Planning & Zoning Commission accepts public comments regarding the Agenda of regular Council meetings and Public Hearings. Individuals wishing to speak 1  may sign in by completing a Public Comment Form and presenting the form to the City Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Each citizen will be allowed a maximum of three (3) minutes.
