PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES TUESDAY – JUNE 2, 2020 – 6:30 PM 2801 Ranch Road 1869 – Liberty Hill CALL TO ORDER The Liberty Hill City Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Chairperson Wes Griffin on Tuesday - June 2, 2020 at Council Chambers – 2801 Ranch Road 1869 in Liberty Hill. Invocation was given followed by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and Texas Pledge. Quorum was established. Planning and Zoning Commission members present were as follows: Wes Griffin, Brian Williams, Josh McGinty, Jared King, and Kathy Canady. Chery New, Steve Messana, and Steve McIntosh were not in attendance. REGULAR AGENDA Discuss and Consider approval of minutes from the regular Planning & Zoning Commission meeting held Tuesday – April 21, 2020. Outcome: On motion by Jared King and second by Brian Williams, the Commission postponed approval of the minutes from the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held Tuesday – April 21, 2020 until such time as they can be located. Motion passed on vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council on the final disposition of the application for the Wildleaf Phase 4 Final Plat. Outcome: David Stallworth – Senior Director of Planning stated this plat has 68 single family residential lots. It is deemed technically sound. He recommended approval from City Council. On motion by Kathy Canady and second by Josh McGinty, Council approved the Wildleaf Phase 4 Final Plat. Motion passed on vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council on the final disposition of the application for the Stonewall Ranch North – Section 9 Final Plat. Outcome: David Stallworth – Senior Director of Planning stated this plat has 122 single family residential lots totally 30.4 acres. Following discussion, a motion was made by Josh McGinty and seconded by Brian Williams to approve the Stonewall Ranch North – Section 9 Final Plat. Motion passed on vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, and 0 abstentions.
