INVOCATION Given by Mayor Peterson PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Led by Mayor Peterson, City Council, and City Staff CALL TO ORDER Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Mayor Pro Tem Brickner Katy Allen, City Administrator Council Member Kaminskas Sean Boutz, City Attorney Council Member Dunne Ann Swenson, City Clerk Council Member Severs Darin Morgan, Police Sergeant Council Member Langford (absent) RJ Stevenson, Finance Director Council Member Moore (absent) Jennifer Camp, Parks & Recreation Council Member McGuire Director Andrew Staples, City Engineer Dennis Scott, Code Enforcement Officer Councilman Dunne moved to excuse Council Members Moore and Langford. Council Member McGuire seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. AGENDA APPROVAL: Mayor Pro Tem Brickner moved to amend the agenda, moving the Saltese Upland Trail Update from Item 8, Mayor and City Council Committee Reports, to Item 9, City Administrator Report, and adding an Executive Session to discuss real estate following Item 15, Citizen Comments. Council Member Kaminskas seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. PRESENTATION Kevin Schneidmiller from Greenstone gave an update on the developer’s trail and open space plan in the City’s River District Area.
