City Of CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY, JUNE 14, 2022 HELD IN-PERSON & REMOTELY INVOCATION: Given by Mayor Kaminskas. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Led by Mayor Kaminskas, City Council, and City Staff. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Kaminskas called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. ROLL CALL: City officials who physically attended the meeting: Mayor Kaminskas, Mayor Pro Tern Folyer, Councilmembers Dunne, Cargill, Sahlberg, Kurtz and VanOrman, Jen Camp, acting City Administrator, and Heidi Workman, HR Manager. City officials who remotely attended the meeting via Zoom: Councilmember Spencer, Kyle Dixon, Finance Director, Trevor Ragan, acting Operations & Maintenance Director, Sean Boutz, City Attorney, and Kelsey Hardy, City Clerk. AGENDA APPROVAL: Mayor Pro Tern Folyer moved to approve the agenda as written. Councilmember Dunne seconded, which carried unanimously. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Per RCW42.30.110(1)(g), Mayor Kaminskas called for executive session to begin at 6:35 p.m. to evaluate the qualifications of applicants for the City Administrator position.
