CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner [\/ann called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Crvil Service Commission members who phvsicallv attended the meetinq: Commissioners Mann, Hatcher, and Heidi Workman, Chief Examiner. Commissioner Mann moved to excuse Commissioner Webster. Commissioner Hatcher seconded, which carried unanimously. Citv staff who phvsicallv attended the meetino. None OLD BUSINESS: No items at this time GENERAL BUSINESS: A. Approve the April 11, 2024, meeting minutes: Commissioner Mann moved to approve the April 11,2024 minutes, seconded by Commissioner Hatcher. This motion carried unanimously. B. Discuss Civil Service Rules, which to use for revisions: Commissioner Mann explained the 2002 Civil Service Rules will be the set of rules that are used and presented before City Council. Commission discussion ensued. PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments at this time.
