THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2024
HELD IN-PERSON
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Led by Commissioner Webster and Civil Service Commission.
CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Mann called the meeting to order at 2:1O p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Civil Service Commission members who phvsicallv attended the meetinq: Commissioner
Webster, and Commissioner Mann
Civil Service Commission mem bers who remotelv attended the meetino Heidi Workman,
Chief Examiner
Commissioner Webster moved to excuse Commissioner Hatcher. Commissioner Mann
seconded, which carried unanimously.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: RCW 42.30.1'10(l )(i): Commissioner Mann announced Executive
Session for 20 minutes, regarding legal risks, to return at 2:30 p.m. Commissioner Mann
announced a 10 minute extension, to return at 2:40 p.m. Commissioner Mann announced a 10
minute extension, to return at 2:50 p.m. The commission returned to the special meeting
session at 2:51 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT: Wth there being no further business, Commissioner Webster moved to
adjourn the meeting, seconded by Commissioner Mann, the meeting adjourned at 2:52 p.m

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
PURSUANT TO RCW 42.30.080, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED
PARTIES THAT: The City of Liberty Lake’s Civil Service Commission will hold a Special
Meeting on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. The meeting will
take place in-person at Liberty Lake City Hall, 22710 E Country Vista Dr., Liberty Lake,
Washington. The purpose of the special meeting is to hold an Executive Session per
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) regarding legal risks. This meeting is open to the public.
