BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING Tuesday, March 20, 2023 at 4:00 PM Village Hall Board Room 118W. Cook Avenue Libertyville, IL 60048 MINUTES Mayor Johnson called to order a special meeting of the Board of Trustees at 4:05 p.m. Those present were: Mayor Donna Johnson, Trustees Scott Adams, Peter Garrity, James Connell, Matthew Hickey, Matthew Krummick and Dan Love. A motion was made by Village Trustee Adams to go into Executive Session perlLCS 120/2(c)(1) to discuss personnel for appointment, employment and compensation of specific employees. The motion was seconded by Village Trustee Garrity. Voting Yea: Mayor Donna Johnson, Trustees Scott Adams, Peter Garrity, James Connell, Matthew Hickey, Matthew Krummick and Dan Love. The motion was approved by a 6-0 vote. With no further business to come before the Village Board, Trustee Adams moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:03 p.m., and Trustee Connell seconded the motion. The motion carried on roll call vote: Mayor Donna Johnson, Trustees Scott Adams, Peter Garrity, James Connell, Matthew Hickey, Matthew Krummick and Dan Love. The motion was approved by a 6-0 vote.
