BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING Tuesday, April 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM Village Hall Board Room 118 W. Cook Avenue Libertyville, IL 60048 MINUTES Mayor Johnson called to order a special meeting of the Board of Trustees at 2:00 p.m. Those present were: Mayor Donna Johnson, Trustees Peter Garrity and Dan Love. Not present: Trustees Scott Adams, Matthew Hickey, Matthew Krummick and James Connell. A motion was made by Village Trustee Garrity to go into Executive Session per ILCS 120/2(c)(1) to discuss personnel for appointment, employment and compensation of specific employees. The motion was seconded by Village Trustee Love. Voting Yea: Mayor Donna Johnson, Trustees Peter Garrity and Dan Love. The motion was approved by a 3-0 vote. With no further business to come before the Village Board, Trustee Garrity moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:53 p.m., and Trustee Love seconded the motion.
