Budget Workshop April 12, 2021 Mayor Roach called the budget workshop meeting to order. Roll Call of Council Members Present: DiDomenico, Hess, Jackson, Sinon, Strippoli, President Randolph- Sharpe, and Mayor Roach Business Administrator presented the 2021 Budget including a review of the 2020 tax collections, cash surplus,Sewer Utility, and the Capital Budget. She reviewed the projected ratables and collection for 2021 as well as surplus, state aid and anticipated expenses. She informed Council of the decrease in the ratables due to the conversion of the condos into apartments. Council discussed the material presented and possible scenarios to reduce the budget. Council will review information. Motion was made by President Randolph-Sharpe, second by Councilwoman Sinon that the meeting be adjourned. Voice vote was unanimous in the affirmative. Motion carried.
