SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Village of Lisbon Board of Trustees was held on Monday, October 28, 2024, in
the Lisbon Village Hall Board Room, W234N8676 Woodside Road, Lisbon, WI.
President Osterman called the regular Village Board meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: President Joseph Osterman; Trustees Paula Quinn, Marc Moonen, and Rebecca Plotecher;
Administrator Kathy Nickolaus; and Clerk Elisa Cappozzo Katch. Trustee Linda Beal was absent and
excused.
Citizen Comment
None.
Closed Session (6:35p.m.)
President Osterman read the notice of Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(c) for the purpose
of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, more
specifically to interview candidates for the Administrator position.
Motion by Moonen, second by Plotecher, to adjourn into Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stats.
§19.85(1)(c) to interview candidates for the Administrator position. A roll call vote was taken, and the
motion carried unanimously.
Open Session (8:49p.m.)
Motion by Plotecher, second by Quinn, to adjourn into Open Session pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(2) for
possible action on the Closed Session discussion, and to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried
unanimously.
Motion by Quinn, second by Moonen, to direct PAA to negotiate an offer to Daniel Green for the
Administrator’s contract. Motion carried unanimously.
Adjournment
Motion by Plotecher, second by Quinn, to adjourn the meeting at 8:51p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
