Fire Commission Meeting May 11, 2009 Present were Bill Verhagen, Dick Schevers, Carl Peeters, Pat Nikolay, Scott Schommer. Meeting called to order at 5:45. Minutes from the February 9, 2009 meeting were reviewed and accepted as written. (Motion made by Dick Schevers, seconded by Bill Verhagen.) Old Business: No old business. New Business: A request was made by the Little Chute Fire Department at the February 24, 2009 Little Chute Area School District Board Meeting that as part of their Health and Wellness policy, the LCFD would like the opportunity to use the LCASD Fitness Center. Superintendent Dave Botz made a recommendation at that meeting to have the Board waive the $50.00 Fitness Center fee for the volunteer firefighters on the Little Chute Village Fire Department. The members of the Fire Department would be required to follow all rules and expectations as outlined in the Fitness Center User Agreement with the exception of paying the annual fee of $50.00.
