Fox Valley Metro Police Department Police Commission Meeting Minutes July 7, 2009 Present: Chuck Rundquist, President Bill Van Berkel, Secretary Dick Schevers Scott Schommer Kerry Ruhnke Richard Meacham Guests: Chief Erik Misselt, FVMPD President Chuck Rundquist called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. Roll call was taken and all members were present. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Kerry Ruhnke, seconded by Dick Schevers, to approve the minutes of the June 3, 2009 meeting of the Commission. Approved by voice vote, 5-0. Action Items A motion was made at 6:07 p.m. to go into closed session under Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c). The motion was made by Ruhnke and seconded by Richard Meacham. Approved by voice vote, 5-0. A motion was made to reconvene in open session at 6:55 p.m. The motion was made by Scott Schommer, seconded by Schevers. Approved by voice vote, 5-0. The next police commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 6 p.m. in the Village Board Room of the Little Chute Village Hall, 108 West Main Street, Little Chute, Wisconsin.
