Present: President Carl Peeters, Secretary Pat Nikolay, Commission Members Bill Verhagen, Dick Schevers, Scott Schommer. Also present was Chief Mark Janssen. Secretary’s Report September 9, 2013 minutes were reviewed and filed as written.
