Minutes of the Meeting of the Kimberly-Little Chute Public Library Board October 17, 2017 The meeting was called to order at 4:30p.m. by President Moes at James J. Siebers Library in Kimberly. PRESENT: Jim Moes, Kathii Schommer, Lori Vanderloop, Phil Yunk, Rose VanderVelden, Amanda Fletcher. EXCUSED: Dave Hietpas, Dave Peterson OTHERS PRESENT: Steve Thiry, Angie Bishop MINUTES AND INVOICES VanderVelden moved, seconded by Yunk, to approve the minutes of the September, 2017 meeting. Motion carried. Fletcher moved, seconded by Schommer, to approve the September 2017 bills. Motion carried. The September 2017 financial and statistics reports were reviewed. NEW BUSINESS VanderVelden moved, seconded by Schommer, to go into closed session for the purpose of considering specific employment matters at 4:40pm. Motion carried. Closed Session Return to Open session at 4:59 Moes moved, seconded by Schommer, to approve library director step increase of 5% to be applied at the nest payroll and 2% cost of living applied January 1 with review in six months. Motion carried. DIRECTOR’S REPORT Hadginski, and Thiry provided written reports ADJOURNMENT VanderVelden moved, seconded by Yunk to adjourn the meeting at 5:30 p.m. Motion carried.
