Minutes of the Meeting of the Kimberly-Little Chute Public Library Board November 21, 2017 The meeting was called to order at 4:30p.m. by President Moes at Gerard Van Hoof Library in Little Chute. PRESENT: Jim Moes, Kathii Schommer, Phil Yunk, Dave Peterson, Rose VanderVelden, Lori Vanderloop. EXCUSED: Amanda Fletcher, Dave Hietpas. OTHERS PRESENT: Steve Thiry MINUTES AND INVOICES VanderVelden moved, seconded by Schommer, to approve the minutes of the October 17, 2017 meeting. Motion carried. Yunk moved, seconded by Vanderloop, to approve the October 2017 bills. Motion carried. The October 2017 financial and statistics reports were discussed. No action taken. NEW BUSINESS VanderVelden moved, seconded by Yunk to approve the ILL policy. Motion carried. Peterson moved, seconded by VanderVelden, to not meet in December and combine the December reports with January for the January meeting. DIRECTOR’S REPORT - Director Thiry, Youth Librarian Hardginski, and Adult Services Librarian Bishop provided written reports.
