MINUTES OF THE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING – DECEMBER 13, 2010 Call to Order Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Village President, Charles Fischer Roll Call PRESENT: President Fischer Dan Mahlik Bill Peerenboom Richard Schevers Roy Van Gheem Jerry Verstegen Dan Mahlik EXCUSED: Bill Van Berkel, Village Administrator Chuck Kell, Village Clerk Vicki Schneider ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director Jim Moes, Eugene Wildenberg Public Appearance for Items Not on the Agenda None Approval of Plan Commission Meeting Minutes of November 8, 2010 Moved by Commissioner Peerenboom, seconded by Commissioner Van Gheem to approve the minutes of November 8, 2010 as presented. All Ayes – Motion Carried Review/Recommendation – CSM – 1830 Rosehill Road – Eugene and Susan Wildenberg J. Moes stated that the survey is taking three pieces of unplatted land and making them two complete lots and the zoning is single family residential. J. Moes stated staff is recommending that the Commission recommends approval to the Village Board. Moved by Commissioner Van Gheem, seconded by Commissioner Schevers to Recommend to the Village Board Approval of the CSM for Eugene and Susan Wildenberg for 1830 Rosehill Road.
