MINUTES OF THE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING – JANUARY 10, 2011 Call to Order Plan Commission meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Village President, Charles Fischer Roll Call PRESENT: President Fischer Dan Mahlik Bill Peerenboom Richard Schevers Roy Van Gheem Jerry Verstegen Bill Van Berkel ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director Jim Moes, Village Administrator Chuck Kell, McMahon Engineering/Architect Co. Representative Dave Schmalz Public Appearance for Items Not on the Agenda None Approval of Plan Commission Meeting Minutes of December 13, 2010 Moved by Commissioner Schevers, seconded by Commissioner Mahlik to approve the minutes of December 13, 2010 as presented. All Ayes – Motion Carried Review/Recommendation – CSM – Bob De Bruin – Estate of Marie De Bruin – 912 E. Lincoln Avenue J. Moes stated that staff is recommending that the Plan Commission recommends approval of the CSM to the Village Board. Moved by Commissioner Mahlik, seconded by Commissioner Van Berkel to Recommend to the Village Board Approval of the CSM for Bob De Bruin for 912 E. Lincoln Avenue.
