Fox Valley Metro Police Department Police Commission Meeting Minutes January 12, 2010 Present: Chuck Rundquist, President Bill Van Berkel, Secretary Dick Schevers Scott Schommer Kerry Ruhnke Excused: Richard Meacham Guest: Chief Erik Misselt, FVMPD President Chuck Rundquist called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. Roll call was taken and one member of the commission was excused: Richard Meacham. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Scott Schommer, seconded by Kerry Ruhnke, to approve the minutes of the December 8, 2009 meeting of the Commission. Approved by voice vote, 4-0. Public Appearances to Address the Police Commission None Action Items A motion was made at 6:06 p.m. to go into closed session under Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(c). The motion was made by Schommer and seconded by Dick Schevers. Approved by voice vote, 4-0. A motion was made to reconvene in open session at 8:01 p.m. The motion was made by Schevers, seconded by Ruhnke. Approved by voice vote, 4-0. The next police commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 6 p.m. in the Village Board Room of the Little Chute Village Hall, 108 West Main Street, Little Chute, Wisconsin.
