BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At the special meeting of the Greater Lodi Youth Commission on October 17, 2022, the Commission discussed job assignments, duties and responsibilities of volunteers, commissioners and advisors for the set up and clean up for their annual Pigskin Formal and “Kick Off” Bid Sales. Staff will discuss and finalize the following. • Bid sale procedures • Assign duties for “Kick Off” • Volunteer responsibilities • Volunteer placements; dance floor, snack table and drinks, halls • Set up crew and time • Photo booth set up, time/usage/take down • Clean up crew • Dance committee • Rules for student conduct • Options before ejections FUNDING CONSIDERATION OR IMPACT: None
