We shall determine what events were successful, which event we would like to have again, and any new event we would like to try or participate in. Approximately 1,000 students are expected. Commissioners shall discuss the pros and cons of the event details and shall recommend changes from last year event. The commissioners have mentioned it several times in past meetings, so now it is time to implement the event for all students. Commissioners shall discuss: • Sadie Hawkins Dance Possibility and Details • Bids and Prices • Food Drive • Dates and Times, How far after • Set Up and Clean Up • Volunteers • DJ, Photo Booth • Market event on Social Media, Posters and Flyers, and at High Schools FUNDING CONSIDERATION OR IMPACT: None
