City of Loganville Planning & Development MINUTES Planning & Development Committee Meeting Monday, January 27, 2014 Municipal Council Chambers MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: P&D Committee Chairman Mike Jones called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. ATTENDANCE: Councilman/Committee Chairman, Mike Jones; Councilman/Committee Members, Jay Boland and Rey Martinez; Mayor, Dan Curry; Councilman, Skip Baliles and Chuck Bagley; Planning & Development Director, Tim Prater. Administrative Assistant, Nina Ramsey recorded the minutes. BUSINESS: Chairman Mike Jones said the purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants for the Planning and Zoning Board. He explained the importance of the Planning Commission and the duties required of planning commission members. Seven applications were submitted to fill the four openings on the Planning and Zoning Board. All applicants were present and interviewed in the following order: Linda Alice Dodd – 993 Granite Lane, Loganville, GA 30052 Daniel (Danny) M. Ford – 515 Mary Margaret Walk, Loganville, GA 30052 Barbara Allen Forrester – 412 Mockingbird Drive, Loganville, GA 30052 Michael Patrick Lynch – 607 Baymist Court, Loganville, GA 30052 John (Jack) Vincent Lutkoski – 159 Tara Blvd., Loganville, GA 30052 Janice Marie Tribble – 256 Teresa Lane, Loganville, GA 30052 Douglas (Greg) Gregory Fowler – 511 Hamlet Drive, Loganville, GA 30052 Adjourn – Chairman Mike Jones thanked all the applicants for their interest in the Planning Commission. He told them not to have hurt feelings if they were not chosen for the Planning & Zoning Board because there were many other committees that could use their service.
